Sample Itineraries

To walk the paths of Belarus and Lithuania is to trace the lineage of the modern soul. These are not merely tours of stone and mortar; they are pilgrimages to the wellsprings of our intellectual and spiritual identity.

1

Day 1: Arrival & Orientation

Begin with a formal orientation and a communal late dinner. Settle into the atmosphere of the region as we prepare for the journey ahead.

2

Day 2: The Mir Legacy

Explore the historic Mir Castle before entering the hallowed halls of the Mir Yeshiva. Engage in a Seder in the very place where thousands once sat in toil. Conclude at the Kever of the legendary Mashgiach, Reb Yeruchom Levovitz.

3

Day 3: The Pillars of Slonim & Grodno

Pay your respects at the Kevorim of the Slonimer Rebbes. In Grodno, visit the Great Shul and stand by the resting places of Rav Shimon Shkop and the Yesod VeShoresh HaAvodah.

4

Day 4: Volozhin – The Mother of Yeshivas

Enter the original building of the Volozhin Yeshiva. Sit for a Seder to honour the revolution of Torah study started here, followed by a visit to the Kever of its founder, Rav Chaim Volozhin.

5

Day 5: In the Shadow of the Chofetz Chaim

A day dedicated to Radin. Visit the Yeshiva of the Chofetz Chaim, engage in a focused Seder, and find a moment of reflection at the Kever of the Chofetz Chaim himself.

6

Days 6 & 7: The Sabbath of Reflection (Optional)

Conclude with an uplifting Shabbos with the Jewish communities in Pinsk or Minsk, or choose a quiet Sabbath for personal introspection.

The Experience: Active Learning

We believe that visiting these sites is a holy endeavour. Each trip includes dedicated time for Active Learning. We don't just observe the history; we participate in it by opening a Sefer in the very rooms where the giants of our people were forged.
